เครื่องไสไม้ JET กินเนื้อไม้ไม่เท่ากัน
สุวัฒน์	ขอสอบถามครับ ผมใช้เครื่องไสไม้ JET ช่วงแรกของไม้ที่ผ่านเครื่องประมาณ 7-8 ซม. จะถูกไสออกลึกกว่าไม้ส่วนอื่น ไม่ทราบว่าพอจะมีวิธีแก้ไขมั๊ยครับ ผมลองตั้งใบมีดใหม่หลายรอบแล้วก็ยังเป็นอยู่ครับ เห็นหลายคลิป ของทางร้าน ใช้เครื่องไสไม้ JET ไม่ทราบมีปัญหาเหมือนกันมั๊ยครับ และเห็นทางร้าน เอาตัวลูกกลิ้งออก เพราะอะไรครับ ขอบคุณครับ

สวัสดีครับ

จริงๆแล้วตัวลูกกลิ้งที่ Jet ทำมานั้นเขาตั้งใจให้สูงกว่าแท่นเล็กน้อย แต่สามารถยุบตัวได้เมื่อเครื่องดูดไม้เข้าแนบกับแท่น

ทั้งนี้ก็เพื่อเปรียบเสมือนตัวช่วยพยุงไม้ไม่ให้กระดก เมื่อเข้าและออก ซึ่่งของเราที่ใช้อยู่จนล้าและหลุดไป

แต่ถ้าเจอกรณีนี้ ลองใช้มือช่วยพยุงยกไม้ จนไม้เข้าแนบลูกกลิ้งก็ปล่อย ครับ และไม้ถ้าสั้นจะกระดกง่ายกว่าครับ

สินค้าถ้าของผมราคาแพงกว่าบางเจ้า ก็โทรมาต่อรองกันได้นะครับ ไม่ต้องเกรงใจ เราเป็นเจ้าแรกๆในเมืองไทย ที่เปิดราคา ให้เห็นกัน

ในราคาที่ไม่ได้ดูคู่แข่ง เราเอาพอมีราคาอยู่ได้ หรือเขาแจ้งราคามาให้ขายห้ามต่ำกว่าที่กำหนด แต่ในขณะเดียวกันเราก็โดนคู่แข่งตัดราคา

ก็ต้องทำใจเป็นธรรมดาครับ อย่างน้อย ขาดเหลืออะไรมาพูดคุยกันได้นะครับ ผมเป็นคนคุยง่ายครับ

ขอบคุณครับ ผมจะตั้งใจทำงานนี้ที่รักและเป็นตัวตนผมมากที่สุดครับ

ผมก็สั่งจากร้าน คุณอนุชิตเยอะอยู่นะครับ

ล่าสุดก็พึ่งสั่งรางสไลด์ไป

ส่งมา ขนส่ง เล่นซะงอเป็นตัว เอสเลย ยังดีที่มันพอดัดได้

ผมก็ดัดให้มันกลับมา เกือบตรง คิดว่าคงไม่มีปัญหาในการใช้งาน

ขอบคุณสำหรับคำตอบเรื่องเครื่องไสไม้นะครับ

ผมหาข้อมูลใน เนตพอสมควร ก็เหมือนมันเจอการกินเนื้อไม้ไม่เท่ากันได้เป็นปกติ

แต่เห็นในคลิป ทางร้าน ใส่ไม้ผ่านแบบสบาย ๆ เลยไม่มั่นใจว่ามันมีปัญหาที่ตัวเครื่องของผมรึป่าว

สอบถามทางบริษัท เจ็ท ไทยแลนด์ เค้าจะให้เอาเครื่องเข้าไป แต่บริษัทไกลมาก ผมเลยจะลองแก้ไขเองดูก่อน

ก็พยายามหาคำแนะนำ จากหลาย ๆ แหล่งครับ เผื่อจะแก้ได้เองครับ

เขมทัต กรัยวิเชียร	เรียนคุณ สุวัฒน์ อ่านอาการที่คุณเล่ามาน่าจะเป็นอาการ "ขบหัว - ขบท้าย" ของเครื่องรีดไม้ หรือ Planner Snipe ซึ่งจะมักจะเกิดจาก: 1) การป้อนไม้-รับไม้ ไม่ขนานกับแคร่รับไม้ของเครื่องรีดไม้ ตามที่คุณอนุชิตอธิบาย หรือ 2) จุดอ่อนของเครื่องรีดไม้ขนาดเล็ก ที่ไม่สามารถประคองชุดลูกกลิ้งและใบมีดให้อยู่นิ่งในขณะที่ปลายไม้ชิ้นแรกและปลายไม้ชิ้นสุดท้ายที่ไส ลอดผ่านใบมีดของเครื่องรีด ถ้าป้อนไม้หลายๆชิ้นเข้าเครื่องแบบหัวชนท้ายเราจะไม่พบอาการนี้ วิธีจัดการกับปัญหาแบบที่ 1 (เสริมจากที่คุณอนุชิตอธิบายไว้) ซึ่งมักเกิดกับไม้ชิ้นยาวๆ ให้หาแท่นประคองให้ท้องของชิ้นงานไม้ทั้งชิ้นขนานและอยู่ในระดับเดียวกับแคร่รับไม้บนเครื่องรีดตลอดเวลาระหว่างการไส ทั้งบริเวณด้านหน้า และด้านหลังของเครื่องรีด ส่วนปัญหาแบบที่ 2นั้น มีวิธีแก้ที่คุณ Matthias Wandel นำเสนอวิธีแก้ตามคลิปด้านล่างอยู่สองวิธีนะครับ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdDo3OEtjhc สาเหตุของการที่ไม้ถูก ขบหัว เกิดจากการกระดกตัวหรือเอียงตัวของชุดลูกกลิ้ง (หน้า-หลัง) ที่กดไม้ให้แนบกับพื้นแคร่รับไม้ เมื่อปลายไม้ลอดผ่านเครื่อง (ตามภาพ) จะทำให้ลูกกลิ้งตัวหน้ากระดกเงยขึ้น ลูกกลิ้งตัวหลังกระดกลง และฐานยึดใบกบยุบตัวลง ซึ่งจะทำให้ใบกบกินไม้มากกว่าปกติ อาการนี้จะหายไปเมื่อปลายไม้ลอดตัวผ่านลูกกลิ้งตัวหลังเพราะปลายไม้จะดันให้ชุดลูกกลิ้งและใบกบกลับสู่ระดับปกติซึ่งขนานกับแคร่รับไม้ ส่วนการที่ไม้ถูก ขบท้าย นั้นเกิดจากการที่ลูกกลิ้งตัวหน้ายุบตัวลงเมื่อท้ายไม้ลอดผ่านไปจนหมด ส่งผลให้ใบกบกินไม้ลึกขึ้น ดูวีดีโอจะเข้าใจได้โดยง่ายครับ ปัญหานี้จัดการได้โดยการประคองชุดลูกรีดให้ขนานกับพื้นแคร่ป้อนไม้ ตลอดเวลาที่ไม้ลอดตัวผ่านคมใบมีด ผมเคยแก้ปัญหานี้ด้วยวิธีเดียวกับแบบแรกที่คุณ Matthias แสดงให้ดู โดยสอดเศษไม้ขนาดหนาเท่ากันนำหน้าชิ้นงานเข้าไปก่อนแล้วดันชิ้นงานตามเข้าไปติดๆกับเศษไม้ในลักษณะ หัวยันท้าย เครื่องจะขบหัวเศษไม้แทนชิ้นงานจริง เมื่อชิ้นงานลอดผ่านลูกกลิ้งตัวหน้าจะมีส่วนท้ายของเศษไม้รองรับลูกกลิ้งตัวหลังส่งผลให้ชุดลูกกลิ้งขนานกับแคร่และใบกบอยู่ระดับปกติ เพื่อป้องกันการ ขบท้าย ผมจะสอดเศษไม้หนาเท่าชิ่นงานตามหลังไปแบบติดๆเช่นกัน ถ้าเราไสไม้จำนวนมากก็ใช้วิธีป้อนชิ้นงานแบบหัวยันท้าย อย่างต่อเนื่องนะครับ วิธีที่สองเป็นแนวคิดที่ล้ำเลิศของคุณ Matthias ครับ เขาสร้างฐานยันชุดลูกกลิ้งที่ขอบซ้ายและขอบขวาของแคร่รองไม้ ฐานซ้าย-ขวา ชุดนี้จะค้ำชุดลูรีดให้ขนานกับแคร่งรองไม้ตลอดเวลา วิธีนี้สุดยอดจริงๆ ผมยังไม่เคยลองแต่มั่นใจว่าได้ผลอย่างที่เขาสาธิตในวีดีโอครับ ข้อสังเกต: ฐานยันลูกกลิ้งจะใช้ได้กับความหนาขนาดเดียวนะครับ

ผมก็ได้ดูวิดีโอนี้แล้วเช่นกันครับ

แต่ผมรู้สึกว่าทางแก้ทั้ง 2 วิธี มันต้องหาไม้ หรืออุปกรณ์ให้ได่ระดับกับชิ้นงานที่จะไสครับ

ซึ่งผมคิดว่าเป็นทางแก้ที่เหมาะกับงานที่ทำชิ้นงานปริมาณมาก

ผมเห็นอีกคลิป เค้าแก้โดยเปลี่ยนแคร่รับไม้ และยึดแคร่ใหม่กับตัวเครื่องไว้บนแผ่นไม้เดียวกัน

ปรากฎว่าอาการกินลึกนี้หายครับ ตามคลิปข้างล่างครับ

ผมคิดว่าจะลองแก้ตามคลิปนี้ดูครับ แต่ยังไม่ว่างทำเลยครับ

ถ้าแก้ด้วยวิธีนี้หายก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องหาไม้ที่ขนาดเท่ากับชิ้นงานมานำครับ

หากใครมีวิธีอื่นแนะนำเพิ่มได้นะครับ
